Varieties currently available are:
Grey Box – A mellow honey with buttery and nutty flavours. Gold to amber in colour, collected from our local Central Goldfields region of Victoria.
Messmate – A dark and strong-flavoured honey collected from the Cobboboonee National Park near Portland.
River Red Gum – A bright flavoured honey with mild sweetness, collected from various riversides across the Murray Darling Basin.
Native Manuka – A rare honey gathered from Wilsons Promontory National Park. Aromatic in flavour and rich in unique naturally occurring compounds, Manuka is known for its antibacterial, antioxidant and soothing qualities. Low MGO activity.
