SHIPPING  & DELIVERY

Castlemaine Honey offer shipping of our honey products from Victoria to other states in Australia via standard shipping services. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

Unfortunately, due to biosecurity restrictions, currently we cannot ship our honey to Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA) or the Northern Territory (NT). We can ship our honey into Tasmania but it may be subjected to inspection by biosecurity officers.

Shipping rates will vary depending on the weight and destination of the order. We use a weight-based rate shipping fee for all orders within Australia currently being:

• 0-5kg - $15

• 5-10kg - $25

• 10-20kg - $50

• 20kg + - Custom pricing so please contact us!

 

We take great care in packing our honey products to ensure they arrive at their destination in the best possible condition. All orders are securely packed to prevent damage or leakage during transit.

We will not be held responsible for any damage to honey products during transit, but please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item if there is damage, and we’ll see what we can do!

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or shipping carrier delays.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
