Castlemaine Honey Return and Refund Policy
At Castlemaine Honey, we are proud of our bees and their honey, and we want all our customers to be as well. That is why we are committed to provide high-quality honey products to ensure everyone is completely satisfied with what our bees have created.
Honey Products
Unfortunately, since our honey is a food product, we cannot offer a return or exchange on these items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our bees honey, please get in touch with your concerns about the specific item, we’ll discuss your situation and see what we can do.
Other Products
For any other items that you have purchased from Castlemaine Honey, we understand that sometimes products need to be returned so we aim to make this process as easy as possible. So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange or store credit if the following conditions can be met.
1. The product must be in its original, unopened condition.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
3. The product must have been purchased directly from Castlemaine Honey.
If these conditions are met, please contact us at to initiate the return or exchange process. Please note that proof of purchase is required for all returns, which can be in the form of your receipt, or online purchase transaction history.
Unless the return is due to a fault of ours (including a defective, incorrect or broken product), shipping costs relating to returned items are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to ensure to meets the above conditions. If the returned goods meet these, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, provided an exchange or provided a store credit within 7 business days. Please note that it can take some time for banking institutions to process these.
